Refund Policy

Transparency matters. Here's what you need to know about our course refunds and cancellation process.

We want you to feel confident when enrolling in our game development courses. That's why we've built a straightforward refund policy that respects both your investment and our commitment to delivering quality education.

Look, we get it. Sometimes life happens. Maybe the course timing doesn't work out, or you realize it's not quite what you expected. We've structured our policy to be fair while also protecting the resources we put into each program.

14-Day Trial Window

You have two weeks from your enrollment date to explore the course materials and decide if it's right for you. During this period, you can request a full refund if the program isn't meeting your expectations.

To qualify for the 14-day refund:

  • Submit your refund request through email to [email protected] before the 14-day period ends
  • You've completed less than 25% of the course modules (we track progress automatically)
  • You haven't downloaded or accessed specialized resources like exclusive templates or source code packages

Important Timing Note

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after approval. The funds will return to your original payment method. Bank processing times may add a few extra days depending on your financial institution.

After the Trial Period

Once you're past the 14-day window, refunds become more nuanced. We've invested considerable instructor time, platform resources, and support into your learning experience by that point.

Here's how it works after two weeks:

  • Partial refunds may be available on a case-by-case basis for documented extenuating circumstances
  • Technical issues on our end that significantly impact your access will be addressed with either refunds or extended access
  • Course transfers to future sessions are possible within six months of your original enrollment

What We Don't Cover

We can't offer refunds if you've completed most of the course and then decide it wasn't valuable. We also don't refund based on employment outcomes, since we don't promise job placement. Personal circumstances like losing interest or running out of time typically don't qualify after the trial period, though we're willing to discuss alternatives like pausing your enrollment.

Special Circumstances

Life throws curveballs. Medical emergencies, family situations, or unexpected relocations happen. If you're facing genuine hardship that prevents you from continuing, reach out to us directly.

We've worked with students dealing with health issues, family care responsibilities, and other serious matters. While we can't guarantee a refund in these cases, we'll look at options like extended access periods, course transfers, or partial refunds based on your situation and how much of the course you've completed.

How to Request a Refund

The process is simple. Send an email to [email protected] with "Refund Request" in the subject line. Include your full name, the course you enrolled in, and your enrollment date. Tell us briefly why you're requesting the refund.

We'll review your request within three business days and get back to you with next steps. If approved, we'll process the refund and send you confirmation once it's complete.

Course Access Note

Once a refund is processed, your access to course materials, community forums, and future updates ends immediately. Make sure you're certain before requesting a refund, because re-enrollment means paying the full course fee again.
